Your instructor from the first message onward
Hi, I’m Csaba, the instructor behind EV Driving Lessons. I specialise in automatic tuition in a fully electric Renault Zoe and I teach every pupil myself.
That means there is no handover between office staff and instructors and no uncertainty about who turns up for your lesson. You contact me directly, we agree the lesson plan together and I stay with you throughout your training.
How I teach
My approach is calm, structured and practical. I explain what we are working on, demonstrate or talk you through it when necessary, then reduce the support as you become more independent. Lessons are not rushed simply to cover a checklist.
Complete beginners
We start with the controls, moving off and stopping, steering, observations and simple junction work on roads that suit your level.
Nervous learners
If anxiety is the main issue, I keep the lesson predictable, explain what is coming next and allow time to repeat a skill. You do not need to “keep up” with anybody else’s pace.
Switching from manual
You do not lose the road skills you already have. I assess what transfers across and focus on the parts that still need work.
Where I teach
Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Stevenage, Luton and Dunstable, subject to exact pickup location and current diary availability. I also teach around the Letchworth, Stevenage and Luton test-centre areas.
The car
Lessons are in a fully electric automatic Renault Zoe fitted with dual controls and insured for driving instruction. Using the same car every week helps the controls and reference points become familiar.
