Lessons and prices
- Tuition is automatic only, in a dual-controlled Renault Zoe electric car.
- The standard lesson is 2 hours for £80.
- Home pickup and drop-off are included within the agreed service area, subject to the exact location and diary.
- Test-day use of the car and any other special booking will be agreed separately before payment.
First-lesson money-back guarantee
- The current new-pupil guarantee applies to the first 2-hour automatic lesson at £80.
- No block booking is required to use the guarantee.
- If, after the first lesson, you decide Csaba is not the right instructor for you and you tell him before the second lesson begins, the full £80 first-lesson fee will be refunded.
- Once the second lesson begins, the first-lesson guarantee no longer applies. Normal cancellation/refund terms apply to later bookings.
- The advertised limit of three places refers to three new pupils in total across all service areas and is subject to availability.
Payment
- Automatic lessons are £80 for 2 hours.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer or another agreed method.
- A booking is only confirmed once the lesson time and payment arrangements have been agreed.
Cancellations and missed lessons
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
- With less than 48 hours’ notice, the lesson may be charged in full unless Csaba agrees otherwise.
- If EV Driving Lessons has to cancel, the lesson will be rearranged or any payment for that lesson will be credited/refunded as appropriate.
Your right to cancel a distance booking
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply to a booking made online, by phone or message, you may have a 14-day cancellation right. If you ask for lessons to begin during that period, you may be asked to confirm that request. Any statutory rights you have are not reduced by these terms.
What is expected of you
- You must hold a valid UK provisional/full licence appropriate for the lesson and tell Csaba about any change that could affect your legal ability to drive.
- You must be fit to drive and not under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or medication that makes driving unsafe.
- Bring any required corrective glasses/contact lenses and follow reasonable safety instructions during the lesson.
Driving tests
Use of the tuition car for a practical test is subject to Csaba being satisfied that you can drive safely and independently to an appropriate standard. Test-day arrangements, pickup time and charges will be agreed before the booking is accepted.
Insurance and the vehicle
The tuition vehicle is fully insured for driving instruction and fitted with dual controls. Lessons may be rearranged if the car becomes unavailable or unsafe to use.

Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
